We’ve talked about the importance of [authenticity in the workplace](https://blog.gostudion.com/careers-at-extension-engine-building-relationships-with-authenticity) for creating a healthy work environment. However, workplace culture is built on more than just the ability of employees to show up as their true selves at their jobs. There also has to be transparency in leadership, including during the interviewing and recruitment phases.
